15 Reasons to Use Apple Cider Vinegar Every Day By Lisa Mitchell

Apple cider vinegar is my new obsession. I recently began taking apple cider vinegar shots a few times a day for a quick and effective energy burst. However, I've since discovered so many other useful ways to incorporate apple cider vinegar (ACV) into my daily routine. It's effective for pretty much anything—your skin, your hair, your house, and even your pets can benefit from its qualities. Raw, organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, apple cider vinegar is so much more than a salad dressing!

1. Apple cider vinegar can detoxify your home.
It's made from apple juice and is fermented to hard apple cider. It's then fermented a second time to become apple cider vinegar. By using ACV in lieu of other products, we instantly decrease the consumption of unnatural chemicals in our homes and daily lives.

2. It can make your hair shine.
Apple cider vinegar can be used as a rinse for your hair after shampooing, and will boost your hair's body and shine. I recommend recycling an old shampoo bottle, then filling it with 1/2 a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of cold water. Pour the solution through your hair after shampooing several times a week for dramatic results.

3. Natural apple cider vinegar regulates the pH of your skin.
Dilute ACV with two parts water, and spread the concoction over your face with a cotton ball to replace your current toner. You can do this at night after washing, and in the morning before you apply your moisturizer. A dab of apple cider vinegar can also be left on the skin overnight to fade age spots or acne scars. It's also a recommended agent for warts. For warts, soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, then fasten the cotton ball over the wart with a Band-Aid overnight. The skin may swell some as it reacts with the solution. However, the wart will fall off. Once it falls off, the treatment should be continued for a few more days, to make sure the wart doesn't return.

 4. It can remove stains from teeth.
Rub teeth directly with apple cider vinegar, and rinse with water.

5. It can soothe sunburnt skin.
Add a cup of apple cider vinegar to your bath, and soak for 10 minutes to eliminate discomfort from sunburn.

 6. Apple cider vinegar can be used as a natural aftershave.
Fill a bottle with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water, and shake before applying to the face.

7. It's an all-natural massage treatment. Rubbing apple cider vinegar on your hands and feet will give massage-like benefits and relief to tired hands and feet.

 8. Apple cider vinegar can aid in weight loss.
For daily weight management, add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 16 ounces of water. This concoction can be sipped throughout the day. Data shows some limited, yet significant, weight loss benefits from sustained daily intake of acetic acid (which is a main ingredient in apple cider vinegar). In a 2009 study published in Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry, it was found that subjects that consumed acetic acid for 12 weeks experienced significant declines in body weight, abdominal fat, waist circumference and triglycerides. Triglycerides contribute to the bad cholesterol that we want to avoid.

 9. Apple cider vinegar will balance your entire inner body system.
The body constantly strives to achieve a state of equilibrium. Apple cider vinegar helps the body maintain a healthy alkaline pH level. Research shows that higher acid levels (lower pH level) leads to a lack of energy and higher incidences of infection. Hence, my desire to sip some a few times a day for a natural boost of energy.

10. It can help you detox.
As part of balancing the body's pH, apple cider vinegar creates an overall detoxification of the body. Research shows that it can help stimulate cardiovascular circulation and help detoxify the liver.

 11. ACV is great for your lymphatic system.
This miracle vinegar helps to break up mucous throughout the body and cleanse the lymph nodes. Believe it or not, research suggests that apple cider vinegar can help with allergies because of its ability to reduce mucous and sinus congestion. When reducing the effects of allergies, it can also help stave off sinus infections and their related symptoms, such as sore throats and headaches.

 12. It can help your body get rid of candida.
This vinegar is rich in natural enzymes that can help rid your body of candida—yeasts that are attributed to thrush in humans. Candida also is blamed for creating symptoms of fatigue, poor memory, sugar cravings, and yeast infections.

13. ACV can help you reduce heartburn.
Though it might seem like an oxymoron to treat stomach acid with an acid-containing vinegar, there is research suggesting that apple cider vinegar works by correcting low acid, hence reducing heartburn. Natural remedy experts say you should begin to feel relief very shortly after taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar followed by a glass of water. Note that apple cider vinegar will not give relief if you have an ulcer.

 14. The use of apple cider vinegar is effective in repelling fleas on your pets.
One part vinegar and one part water can be sprayed on your pets fur and rubbed in generously to the skin. Saturate the entire coat, and continue every day for a few days to a week. Any flea infestation will surely be gone.

 15. It's an all-natural room freshener.
Apple cider vinegar will clean your toilets and leave your bathroom smelling like apples! Just pour apple cider vinegar into the toilet, and allow it to sit overnight. It can also be used in dishwashers as a substitute for dish detergent. Mix 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup water, and you can use this solution to clean microwaves, kitchen surfaces, windows, glasses and mirrors, too. As you can see, apple cider vinegar is a miracle product that can be used in a multitude of ways. I highly recommend its use!

Six beliefs to get rid of and you starts seeing yourself up the ladder

As children, we don’t have any limiting beliefs. At this point in our lives, everything is possible. We believe in superheroes, Santa Claus and we have big dreams about our future. Then something happens and the world tells us otherwise. By the age of 11 and 12, society has a box shaped that we should fit in. Santa Claus and superheroes are now for kids. Wearing a suit and tie becomes an option and we ditch any superhero outfit we had. Culture has drilled these boxes so hard on us such that we often forget to question whether they are real or not. These boxes are the limiting beliefs and just because someone else believes they are a reality, they don’t have to be ours. Here are the 6 limiting beliefs you should change from today:

1. Am not smart enough You are.
You are smart enough. Someone or something has led you to believe otherwise. It’s true, we all have a certain genetic level of intelligence gifted to us, but that is only a small margin of what our overall intelligence is. Smartness is a product of studying, learning and lot’s of practice on a handful of things, then making sure you become the best you can at them. Being really good at just a few things makes you very valuable to a company or person needing those talents. Don’t kill yourself trying to be a genius, just be the smartest in the room at something.
 2. I am inexperienced Everyone else is. If you look closely in the world, you will find that the wealthiest entrepreneurs are in their 20’s. They were ambitious and yes, young but they didn’t care if they had experience or not. Jump in with both feet and gain experience because being inexperienced is a blessing. You have the opportunity to approach problems presented with a naïve eye and can get solutions that even the experienced wouldn’t have thought of. Instead of complaining, own your inexperience while knowing that hard work and creativity will make up for what you are lacking in years.

3. It’s too late for me.
Look around you and history will prove you wrong. We have authors who never wrote anything until they were in their 60’s or even later.  We also have some of the most successful entrepreneurs who only tasted success until they were well into their 40’s or later. The only time you should consider it too late, is when six feet under. If that time has not yet come, then it’s not yet late. You need to start now!

 4. I can’t be happy until…
If you continue thinking like this, then you will never be happy. Just choose happiness; choose to be happy. Allowing happiness to either depend on a person or object is letting something out of your control dictate your happiness. Take your control back. It’s a choice you have and you should take it. If you do this, you will be happy every day when you wake up, grateful for what you have instead of what you wish you had. Choose happiness today.

 5. This is who I am
Yes, it’s who you are this second but what you will be a minute from now, a day, a year, has not been decided yet. We evolve and constantly change depending on: the experiences we go through, our knowledge, our approach to growth and those who surround us. The person you are today is very different from the one you were a year ago or 10 years ago. It’s just like happiness, you can choose to let experiences wash over your life or you can choose to let them shape you and drive you into the next better version of yourself.

6. I’m busy I’m too busy…. to start my own business…to start working out…to be a parent…to be with a friend.
‘I’m too busy is the most used excuse and people use it as a scapegoat in so many ways. If you still think you are too busy ask yourself this: what time do you wake up? How much time do you spend on social media? How much time do you spend on your TV? How much time do you spend watching your favorite show or going through your favorite website? If you are honest with yourself, you will realize that you are not too busy. It’s just that you haven’t made your dreams a priority in your schedule. Boxes society nudges us into are invented by someone else. People who have recognized that these boxes are not real, find enormous success, love, incredible happiness, and they appreciate the lives they live. Shatter your boxes and all of a sudden the world will be an open playground, waiting to be explored. These boxes limit our beliefs but they only do so if we believe they are present. You can change that today and you should choose to! (Source: www.lifehack.org)

The best phone in the world

The new Iphone 6 The iPhone 6 will be available in two different sizes, both bigger than Apple's earlier iPhones. Apple has been behind the curve of large-screened smartphones for a long itme, but it's catching up in a big way with the iPhone 6. The smaller of the two new iPhone 6 models has a 4.7-inch display, which is still notably bigger than 4-inch screen on the iPhone 5 and 5S that preceded it. It has a new design that echoes the design of the iPad Air and iPad mini, with rounded sides. The glass front curves around the sides of the phone and Apple says the new screen has Retina HD resolution, with 1334 x 750 pixels providing 326 pixels per inch and a wider angle of view. The glass on the new display is "ion strengthened," which doesn't sound like it is sapphire, as rumored. The iPhone 6 measures 6.9mm thick, making it the thinnest device Apple has ever made. The power button has been moved to the side of the phone to make it easier to reach, even with the iPhone 6's larger display. Inside, the iPhone 6 has a new A8 processor, which is 25 percent faster than the A7 that preceded it. It also has a 50 percent faster graphics chip. Apple says it is 13 percent smaller than the A7, and uses a 20nm manufacturing process. Like the A7, the A8 is also a 64-bit processor. Apple says it can perform better over a longer period of time than other processors, which slow down due to heat and other issues after running for a few minutes at a time. The A8 is accompanied by the M8 motion co-processor, a seoond-generation version of the M7 that debuted in the 5S. The M8 is capable of distinguishing between running and cycling, a level of sophistication that wasn't available on the M7. It can also measure elevation to track how many flights of stairs you climb. Apple says the iPhone 6 will offer 14 hours of talk time, a 40 percent increase over the iPhone 5S. But web browsing time over 3G and LTE is still rated at 10 hours, and video playback time is 11 hours, only one hour longer than the 5S. The iPhone 6 supports LTE advanced, with speeds up to 150Mbps. It covers more than 20 LTE bands, which Apple claims is more than any other smartphone. It also supports next-generation network technologies such as VoLTE and carrier aggregation. Apple says the Wi-Fi in the iPhone 6 is three times faster than the 5S, and it now supports 802.11ac networks. The iPhone 6 also supports Wi-Fi calling on T-Mobile in the US and EE in the UK. The camera in the iPhone 6 maintains the 8 megapixel resolution of the 5S (and the 4S and 5 if you're keeping score), but Apple says it uses an all-new sensor with even larger pixels than before. It's paired with an f/2.2 aperture lens and dual-LED flash, like the iPhone 5S. The iPhone 6 uses digital image stabilization, though its larger sibling, the iPhone 6 Plus, has optical stabilization. Apple says the camera has a new autofocus system that uses pixels on the image sensor to focus even faster than before. It's said to be twice as fast as the iPhone 5S when it comes to autofocus. Face detection is said to be faster and blink and smile detection is improved. The iPhone 6 also offers advanced processing algorithms to improve detail, contrast, and sharpness in the photos it captures. Panoramic pictures can now be up to 43 megapixels in size the iPhone 6 can take HDR photos in just one shot. Video capabilities have been improved too: the iPhone 6 can shoot 1080p video at either 30 or 60 frames per second, and the slow motion feature now supports 120 or 240 frames per second. The front-facing camera has a new sensor and brighter f/2.2 aperture. Apple says it lets in 81 percent more light than before. An all-new feature in the iPhone 6 is support for Apple's new Pay mobile payments service. It uses an NFC chip in the top of the device to offer contactless payments at supported credit card terminals. Purchases are authenticated through the iPhone 6's TouchID sensor, and each iPhone 6 has a secure element built inside it to store sensitive credit card data. It supports American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as the six largest banks in the US. Apple says 22,000 retailers will work with its Pay service, including Subway, McDonalds, Walgreens, Duane Reade, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Staples, Whole Foods, and all of its own retail locations. Apps can also integrate Apple Pay into their apps for one-click purchases. It will be available in the US next month. Unsurprisingly, the iPhone 6 will launch with iOS 8, which offers a number of improvements over iOS 7, including improved integration for third-party apps and Apple's new HealthKit service. The iPhone 6 will come in three colors, gold, silver, and space grey, and will be available September 19th, with preorders starting on September 12th. It will start at $199 on-contract for a 16GB model, while 64GB and 128GB versions will be available for $299 and $399, respectively. Apple says the iPhone 6 will be available in 115 countries by the end of the year.
